Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Johor Bahru is seeking a Junior Executive for accounting. Your responsibilities include managing Accounts Payable and Receivable, processing payments, and assisting in financial reporting. Candidates should hold a relevant diploma and possess excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least an LCCI/CAT/Diploma/Advanced/Higher Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR).
• Process and monitor payments and documents such as invoices.
• Verify invoices and update all payment transactions to the accounting system.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in Mandarin

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia

Basic SST knowledge

Familiar with ERP systems
