Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Jr Operation Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Jr Operation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our plant located in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment within the mining industry.

What you’ll be doing

• Monitoring and updating daily tonnage in order to tackle the problem occur and ideal trip for a day.
• Generate optimum production report based on the result of daily tonnage.
• Assist in preparing correspondences for Management, production, subcontractor & client.
• Updating estimate raw material planning weekly.
• Analyze and update production planning (output & sold production).
• Monitoring and updating maintenance planning based on maintenance checklist form.
• Monitor maintenance expenses not to exceed from allocated budget in excel.
• Make purchase requests based on the requests of plant supervisor and storekeeper.
• In charge in application of departmental Permit‑to‑work as required in Standard of Procedure (SOP).
• Carry any ad‑hoc task assign by superior.

What we’re looking for

• Have the ability of computer literate, fast learning and active person.
• Strong communication ability is needed.
