The Junior Executive – Administration is responsible for supporting day-to-day department operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, and assisting management with documentation, coordination, and organizational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and reports.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing project documents.
  • Support in preparing letters, memos, and reports as needed.
  • Courier arrangements for drawing plan to LL & Mall Management.
  • Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any relevant field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
