  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); basic design/creative software knowledge is a plus.

  • Familiarity with event technology (registration systems, LED, AV, digital tools).

  • Handle event logistics, including vendor coordination, supplier follow-ups, and timeline tracking.
  • Support in preparing proposals, budgets, event decks, and reports.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, permits, quotations, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate internal team deliverables (creative, operations, technical, digital).
  • Be involved in on‑site event execution: registration, guest management, backstage coordination, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct research for venues, suppliers, and entertainment options.
  • Provide post‑event support including feedback collection and report compilation.
