The opportunity

We are looking for professionals who are interested in building their career in AI (Machine Learning/ Agentic AI). This is a hands‑on, engineering‑heavy role where you will design agent architectures, orchestrate workflows, and ensure system robustness and scalability while designing and implementing scalable machine learning solutions.

Your key responsibilities

• Assist in the design of multi‑agent AI systems (LLM, prompt engineering, RAG, chunking, embedding, designing agent workflow in Python)
• Integrate agents with APIs, databases, and external tools.
• Develop and implement predictive models to support business goals.
• Support the development of machine learning algorithms for process optimisation.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through validation and cleansing techniques.

Skills and attributes for success

• Basic programming skills in Python.
• Understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, and chaining strategies.
• Knowledge of API development, integration, and authentication protocols.
• End‑to‑end implementation of a machine learning model in a university or internship setting.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Minimum qualifications of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Familiarity with multi‑agent frameworks and orchestration tools (AutoGen, CrewAI, Swarm, Hugging Face Agents).
• Production or POC deployment of machine learning models during an internship or previous company.
