Responsibilities
1. Lesson Creation & Innovation
- Develop engaging, structured, and interactive lesson plans for English and Writing programmes.
- Regularly update and improve curriculum materials based on student progress, teacher feedback, and educational trends.
- Maintain clarity, accuracy, and consistency in all content.
- Ensure lessons are error‑free, high‑quality, and aligned with academic objectives.
2. Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with the curriculum team to develop lesson content.
- Contribute to special projects such as teacher training materials, workshops, and curriculum innovation initiatives.
- Support business initiatives (as needed), including trial lessons and marketing materials that drive student enrollment.
3. Teaching & Student Engagement
- Conduct 5 online classes weekly according to prepared protocols and worksheets, fostering a dynamic learning experience.
- Maintain quality of teaching and marking standards, as required.

What We’re Looking For (Ideal Candidate)
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in curriculum writing / educational content development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in English teaching.
- Strong proficiency in English language and writing skills.
- Experience in online teaching and creating engaging lesson plans is a plus.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high‑quality output.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and MS Office.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with remote teams.

Location & Commitment
Remote – Adjunct (1‑year contract).
Working Hours & Classes
Tuesday – Friday (1 pm – 10 pm) with 1 weekend day (8:30 am – 6:30 pm). 5 online classes per week.
Salary
RM 3,400 – RM 4,200.
