A global leader in supply chain solutions is seeking a Commodity Management Associate in Kulim, Malaysia. This entry-level role focuses on working closely with supervisors while managing data in the ERP system. Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, supporting commercial negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma and preferably some supply chain experience. Fluent English is mandatory, and night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma certificates required.
• Supply chain experience preferable (1+ year) or fresh graduate.
• Ability to work permanent night shifts only.
• Capable of working in a team with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English; other languages like French or Japanese are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage Master Data in ERP system for operation and business decisions.
• Receive, analyze, and set up requested commercial data in ERP system.
• Ensure data completeness for PO execution and analyze business impact.
• Communicate with sites to drive resolution for data integrity PO issues.
