A local marketing firm is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage full sets of accounting including financial reports, AP/AR, GL entries, and bank reconciliations. Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounting including financial reports, AP/AR, GL entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Perform financial analysis for management decisions.
• Handle monthly inventory closing, product costing, and financial performance reviews.
• Prepare and submit e-invoices in compliance with regulations.
• Handle corporate tax schedules, GST/VAT, withholding tax, and liaise with tax agents.
• Work closely with external auditors and assist in group consolidation.
• Prepare and submit statutory and industry reports.
• Support stock take, fixed asset tagging, system implementations, policy updates, and process improvements.
