Job description

Account Executive (Fresh Graduate)

• Assist in daily accounting activities and data entry
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and basic reports
• Assist in monthly closing and financial records maintenance
• Support inventory and cost tracking for manufacturing activities
• Assist during audits and compliance checks
• Perform other accounting or administrative tasks as assigned

Purchasing Executive (Fresh Graduate)

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials and services
• Request quotations and compare supplier prices
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments
• Maintain purchasing records and documentation
• Support cost control and timely material availability
• Perform other purchasing-related tasks as assigned

Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

• Assist in engineering and technical support activities
• Support machine, equipment, or process improvement tasks
• Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities
• Assist in preparing technical drawings, documents, or reports
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
• Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
• Perform other engineering duties as assigned

Planning Officer (Fresh Graduate)

• Assist in production planning and scheduling activities
• Monitor production progress and update planning schedules
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams
• Assist in material planning and inventory monitoring
• Prepare basic planning and production reports
• Support continuous improvement in workflow efficiency
• Perform other planning-related tasks as assigned
