Job summary

A healthcare company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Junior Accountant to join its finance team. This role will involve managing payment postings, reconciling accounts, and supporting the Customer-to-Cash processes. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. What You’ll Be Doing

Under the guidance of our experienced Cash Application Team Lead, you’ll dive into the world of Customer‑to‑Cash (C2C) processes. You’ll learn how cash flows through a global company — and your work will directly support our finance operations and customer relationships.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Payment Posting: Post customer payments from bank statements accurately to ensure alignment with internal guidelines.
• Match payments to invoices using remittance advice — precision is key!
• Reconciliation (Daily/Monthly)
• Perform cross‑checks between JDE system entries and bank statements to catch discrepancies early.
• Help resolve payment issues such as duplicates, unapplied cash, and other discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and support communication within the finance team and across departments.
• Project Coordination: take the lead in coordinating a team‑building activity for the C2C team—from idea to execution.
