A leading company in finance located in Kuala Lumpur seeks an individual to assist with data entry, invoice handling, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess at least a diploma in Accounting or Finance, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, and the role involves maintaining proper documentation and performing various administrative tasks. Assist in data entry for accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and organize supporting documents for payment processing
Help with invoice issuance and follow-up on outstanding payments
Perform bank reconciliation and update financial records as required
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records (hard copy and digital)
Ensure documents are properly labelled, filed, and easily accessible
Handle general administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, and photocopying
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior
