Responsibilities

  • Assist in data entry for accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and organize supporting documents for payment processing.
  • Help with invoice issuance and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and update financial records.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
  • Ensure documents are properly labeled and easily accessible.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as printing and scanning.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Skills

Minimum SPM or Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Assist in data entry for accounts payable and receivable

Ensure documents are properly labelled, filed, and easily accessible

Handle general administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, and photocopying

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior
