Key Responsibilities
  • Executing day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
  • Providing administrative support to the Accounting team as needed.
  • Adhering to all relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a Professional Accounting Certificate, or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good skills in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Experience with SQL or AUTOCOUNT is an added advantage.
  • Must be able to read & write in Mandarin due to the job nature required.
