Job description

We are looking for an IT Recruiter who will help us shape, build, and scale our organization.

Location: Subang Jaya

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and drive the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer.
  2. Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing candidates.
  3. Value and continue to build a great candidate experience by engaging with candidates throughout the interview process.
  4. Partner with hiring teams and the talent team to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
  5. Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers in their decision-making process.
  6. Manage the offer process, partnering with hiring managers and HR teams.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of full life-cycle IT recruiting experience.
  • Ability to effectively evaluate technical and non-technical aptitude.
  • Experience sourcing for technical and non-technical candidates through multiple channels (including social media, targeted sourcing campaigns, networking events, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a global hiring environment (APAC region).
  • Experience in client acquisition and relationship building.
