Job Overview

Smart Reader Kids Bandar Sri Permaisuri is seeking passionate, caring, and committed teachers to nurture young learners aged 3–6 years old. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons based on the Smart Reader Kids programme while creating a fun, safe, and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily teaching and learning activities in accordance with the Smart Reader Kids curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities
• Monitor and assess children’s learning progress and development
• Maintain a positive, nurturing, and disciplined classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and behaviour
• Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and proper classroom management
• Participate in training, meetings, and school events
• Support centre activities and programmes when required

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Passion for teaching young children and strong interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Patient, caring, responsible, and enthusiastic
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in preschool or kindergarten teaching is an advantage
