Job summary

A leading Oil & Gas firm in Malaysia seeks an experienced professional with over 15 years in the industry, including 10 years offshore. The ideal candidate will implement ISO 9001:2008 standards, lead offshore workstreams, and advocate HSSE leadership. Job description

• Understanding, Documenting and Implementing of ISO 9001:2008.
• Process Based Audit for ISO 9001:2008.
• Has obtained relevant CSR pre-requisite.
• More than 15 years of Upstream Malaysia Oil & Gas industry with at least 10 years Offshore Experience.
• A min. of 10-year experience in Oil & Gas Operation Experience.
• Experience in managing sour gas field.
• Proven experience in managing offshore subsea campaigns (offshore POB of >300 pax; schedule pressure & flawless start-up delivery).
• Experienced in leading offshore workstreams including planning, coordinating offshore activities (E.g. pre-mobilisation/offshore campaign readiness, workpack planning & optimization permit planning, logistics coordination etc.), offshore HSSE planning, pre-commissioning, commissioning & start-up, offshore contingency planning, integrated activity planning, alignment with Asset offshore team, offshore interface planning.
• Strong advocate of HSSE Leadership, and collaborative behavior.
• Possess effective communication styles to work across multiple stakeholders.
• Mobile to work out of different work locations in Miri, Kuala Lumpur, Bintulu and Labuan (or other sites across Malaysia as required by Project or Business needs).
