Job Opportunity – Junior Specialist, Contract & Procurement

About the Job:-

• To effectively plan, develop overall contracting strategy, execute, timely manage, administer and monitor pre/post award contract/procurement activities & performance in compliance with MP, PETRONAS and Government procedures and regulations in order to enable the organization to systematically control governance and risks against exposure to cost recovery.
• Full fledge tendering exercise associated with Drilling, Well Site services, Production Operations lifecycle, inspection and maintenance, 2-years spares management, Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA), and Production Operations support contracts.
• Contract creation and execution including management / administration and performance especially for Drilling, Wellsite Services, Production, Operations and Maintenance contracts.

  Requirements:
  Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.

  • Awareness of PETRONAS Tenders and Contract Administration Manual (PTCAM) is desirable.
  • Having related experience in either SCM and/or oil & gas industry is an advantage.
