A leading jewellery company in Kuala Lumpur is inviting creative and talented individuals to join as Jewellery Designer. The role involves drawing in 2D and 3D, designing innovative jewellery pieces, and collaborating with vendors and team members. Candidates should have 5-7 years of CAD experience, knowledge of modern jewellery styles, and expertise in operating a 3D printer. This position is based in Taman Bukit Maluri, Kepong.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in CAD jewellery designing.
• Expertise to operate imported 3D printer.
• Knowledge of modern and minimalistic jewellery.

Responsibilities

• Draw in 2D and 3D using CAD software.
• Design innovative and attractive jewellery pieces.
• Modify existing styles for manufacturing.

Job description

We are inviting you who is highly creative and talented to join our big family as Jewellery Designer. You will be coordinating with the vendors and working closely with the team to create fresh and innovative designs/ideas.

Job Responsibilities

Able to draw in 2D, 3D in using CAD software.(Jewel CAD), Rhino , Matrix.

Identify with expertise and design innovative and attractive jewellery pieces in accordance to brand aesthetic.

Ability of drawing with correct proportions, perspective, depth and volume to visualise products in 3D space.

Modification in the existing styles, understand concept and can design production friendly model for manufacturing

Technical drawing, sketching and presentation techniques, rendering, jewellery styling.

Extra points ~ Photography, jewellery illustration, and documentation techniques.

Requirements

Expertise to operate imported 3D printer

Willing to work in Taman Bukit Maluri Kepong, KL;

With 5-7 years of experience in CAD jewellery designing;

Knowledge of modern and minimalistic jewellery.
