Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers
Design, develop and maintain high-quality, scalable Java-based applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and roadmaps
Mentor and coach junior members of the development team
Implement best practices in software development and continuously improve engineering processes
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
2 years of experience as a Java developer, with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex software projects
Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, and other related technologies
Proficient in software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
Ability to mentor and coach junior developers
