Job summary

A leading digital services provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Japanese Speaking Senior Customer Service Executive. Responsibilities include handling escalations and providing support for IT projects. The ideal candidate must have strong language skills in English and Japanese, at least 2 years of customer service experience, and be able to work rotational shifts. A competitive salary of RM10000 – RM11000 is offered.

Qualifications

  • C1/C2 level proficiency in Japanese is required.

  • Ability to work on rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service support for an IT project, handling escalations.

  • Knowledge of MS software/tools, especially MS Excel.
  • Able to work on rotational shifts.

*RESPONSIBILITIES*

  • Perform as a Customer Service Representative for an IT project, including higher-level support and concierge-type liaison to an assigned customer portfolio, handling escalations or complex assignments to facilitate portfolio growth through its digital lifecycle.
  • Responsibilities include customer service, linking customers and internal resources, engagement, consultancy, and support.
  • Maintain excellent relationship management skills to ensure customer retention and fulfill customer needs.
