Operate, configure, and administer central IT Service Operation tools with a focus on Event Management.

Build, maintain, and monitor interfaces to Configuration and Service Management systems.

Manage infrastructure across test, integration, and production environments (including patch management, high availability, and license handling).

Perform testing, deployment, and release activities within the Application Management lifecycle.

Develop and maintain automation and monitoring solutions using scripting (Python, Groovy, or similar languages).

Support the integration and operation of Kubernetes clusters within the service environment.

Collaborate closely with other IT teams within Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

Requirements:

Degree in (Business) Computer Science or a comparable IT qualification.

Experience with ITIL-based processes in data center operations (especially Event, Incident, Problem, Configuration, and Change Management).

Proficiency with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.

Practical experience with Kubernetes and automation tools.

Scripting experience with Python, Groovy, PowerShell, or Shell.

Ideally, knowledge of MicroFocus BSM/OMi, UCMDB, or Atlassian Jira Service Management (JSM).

Understanding of Web Services (SOAP/REST) and modern integration architectures.
