• Create credentials for user’s email and access control.
• Document all working instructions and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Manages & maintains the purchasing of all software, hardware, network and other IT Supplies.
• Maintains data storage, availability and backup daily.
• Daily control and monitor all the security access and health of all servers and networking devices.
• Coordinates the installation of new computer equipment, storage systems, and other computer hardware including printers.
• Credentials creation for user’s email and access control.
• To coordinate with outsources IT & programmer.
• Documentation of all working instructions and configuration.
• Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional certificate in computer science/ Information Technology or higher.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Strong knowledge in Window OS, PC hardware/software installation and maintenance.
• Good discipline & work attitude. Team player & willing to learn new things.
• Able to possess own transport.
