Provide first-level support to clients via phone, email, or onsite.
Respond to service requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely solutions.
Perform routine maintenance and system updates (e.g., Windows updates, antivirus, backups).
Install and configure software, hardware, POS systems, printers, and other peripherals.
Set up new user accounts and workstations
Assist users with system usage, providing technical guidance and basic training.
Prepare user manuals or quick reference guides if needed.
Test systems and configurations before deployment to ensure stability and performance.
