Qualifications

• At least 2 years working experience in IT related field.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage systems and access control including MS 365.
• Support CRM systems and marketing tools.
• Setup IT hardware/software and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare documentation for projects and system enhancements.
• Provide first-level support to internal teams.
• Support hardware/software preparation for live events.
