Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support for employees.
• Perform PC and laptop setup, OS installation, and software configuration.
• Support printer setup and troubleshoot issues.
• Handle new user onboarding and email setup.
• Install and update company-approved applications.
• Track IT inventory including laptops and peripherals.
• Log and manage helpdesk tickets.
