Job description
Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st level IT system support to end users on IT software and hardware, and tracking on Service Request (SR).
  • Conduct IT system training.
  • Conduct IT Survey.
  • Prepare IT system documentation and user guide.
  • Support Operating Systems, Third Party Software and In-house developed applications.
  • Support IT equipment issues and inquiries raised by users.
  • Assist in the project implementation of KLK IT systems.
  • Conduct QA on IT Systems prior to release to production environment.
  • Involve in IT Operations tasks in collecting backups and processing tasks to ensure data and reporting needs are fulfilled.
Qualifications
