A reputable company in Malaysia is seeking an IT Support Executive responsible for providing first-level system support, conducting IT training and system surveys, and assisting in project implementation. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science with a minimum CGPA of 3.0. Your communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, as well as a proactive attitude towards building relationships, will be valuable. Fresh graduates are welcomed. Willingness to travel is essential.
Provide 1st level IT system support to end users on IT software and hardware, and tracking on Service Request ("SR").
Conduct IT system training.
Conduct IT Survey.
Prepare IT system documentation and user guide.
Support Operating Systems, Third Party Software and In-house developed applications.
Support IT equipment issues and inquiries raised by users.
Assist in the project implementation of KLK IT systems.
Conduct QA on IT Systems prior to release to production environment.
Involve in IT Operations tasks in collecting backups and processing tasks to ensure data and reporting needs are fulfilled.
Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent from recognized universities with minimum CGPA of 3.0.
Working knowledge in IT helpdesk is an added advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Independent with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders from various countries.
Must be willing to travel.
