Job description

As an IT Support Executive at Prolusion IT Services Sdn. Bhd., you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective technical support to our clients in Klang Valley. This full‑time role is based in Kuala Lumpur and is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems and infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

• Respond to and resolve IT‑related queries and issues from clients in a timely manner
• Provide remote and on‑site support as and when needed
• Provide daily IT support including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network‑related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, servers, and other essential IT equipment
• Provide support for Windows Server, Windows PC and Microsoft 365 services
• Document and track all support activities and resolutions using our ticketing system
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and applications
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the quality of support

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to research and identify solutions to technical issues
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with common hardware, software, and network technologies
• Possess own transport
