Job summary

A global manufacturing company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking passionate IT professionals to drive business process optimization with Office 365 tools. The ideal candidate should have a degree in IT, at least 2 years of experience, and strong SQL skills. Responsibilities include optimizing processes using RPA and AI, providing IT support across ASEAN, and managing incident resolution. This position requires willingness to travel and work in shifts, five days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or BPO industry (IT-related roles).
• Hands-on experience in application development and system maintenance using SQL.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel within ASEAN countries.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Business Processes by implementing Office 365 tools, RPA, and AI solutions.
• Provide IT Support for hardware, software, and network systems across ASEAN offices.
• Manage Incident Resolution by responding to user requests and resolving technical issues.
