Company Background:

Our client specializes in the research, development, production, and sales of daily chemical raw materials, including cosmetic active ingredients, raw materials, and synthetic perfumes. They operate two major production bases in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, and Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province. The Ma'anshan City production base, through its subsidiary, was constructed according to GMP guidelines for APIs and has passed the FDA on-site audit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update IT equipment and asset records.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for office equipment.
• Ensure network stability and analyze logs to resolve potential risks.
• Manage server room environment and ensure safety compliance.
• Handle user account setup and access control for IT systems.
• Support office systems (OA, ERP, email) and assist in digitalization initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related field.
• Over 3 years of IT support experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of system lifecycle, GAMP5, ICH, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11.
• Experience in system validation and managing validation projects.
• Proficient in English, Chinese, and Malay.
