Job summary

A global technology company is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will manage and support IT activities across EMEA operations, providing first and second line technical support. Applicants should hold a relevant IT degree and have at least 3 years of experience, along with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. This role requires flexibility to work a shift from 12:00 to 21:00. Comprehensive training to support team members will be included.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience or equivalent.
  • ITIL Foundation certification advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first and/or second line technical support to customers.
  • Ensure user support calls are accurately logged.
  • Escalate problems to the IT Service Delivery Manager.
  • Build and deploy end user devices.
  • Manage and support critical business applications.
