Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to manage, install and maintain POS systems, monitoring equipment and IT infrastructure, and office desktop operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the POS system runs smoothly, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide support to the brand's IT department.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve store daily IT issues in a timely manner, including but not limited to cash register system failures, printer connection issues, POS equipment failures, store network failures, etc.
  • Install, maintain and troubleshoot store video surveillance system (CCTV) equipment;
  • Assist in handling the connection problems between POS equipment and the mall system or network to ensure smooth data transmission;
  • Assist in guiding and training store staff on store cash register system operation;
  • Manage and support store employees' office computers, emails, printers and other hardware and software equipment;
  • Regularly inspect and maintain store IT equipment to ensure system stability;
  • Complete other related technical support tasks assigned by the IT department.
  • Monitor and resolve technical issues related to computers, network devices and IT equipment.
  • Collaborate with operations and management teams to develop IT solutions that enhance business efficiency.
  • Additional support for the headquarters office.
Requirements
  • College degree or above, computer-related majors preferred;
  • More than 3 years of IT technical support experience, with retail or chain industry background preferred;
  • Familiar with Windows operating system, office software, printing equipment, and basic network knowledge;
  • POS system maintenance experience and network troubleshooting ability;
  • CCTV installation, configuration and maintenance experience preferred;
  • Strong communication skills, able to withstand certain work pressure, and good customer service awareness;
  • Able to adapt to irregular business trips or on-site store support work.
