Overview

IT SAP Specialist (Based in Bukit Rambai, Melaka) — Melaka, Malacca, Malaysia

Salary: RM 10,000.00 - 12,000.00 (Malaysian Ringgit)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support of SAP ERP ECC 6.0 for the modules SL/LE/MM/PP and its interfaces in the region Asia Pacific.
• Communicate with internal customers and understand business requirements especially in our plant in Melaka.
• Interface and cooperate with external SAP consultants.
• Teamwork with project teams in the German headquarters.
• Conduct SAP training for local users in the region Asia Pacific.
• Support our S/4 migration in the near future.

Required Qualifications

• MS/BS Degree in Informatics or Business Administration.
• Min. 3 years of knowledge and experience in SAP SD (Order management, pricing & conditions, billing).
• Min. 3 years of knowledge and experience in LE and MM.
• Experience with EDI and IDOC-processing.
• Broad process understanding of local and legal requirements across the Asia-Pacific region in the context of "Order-To-Cash" processes in an international manufacturing company.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details plus analytical proficiency.
• Great team player with international mindset.
• Readiness to travel within Asia-Pacific and Europe (HQ).
• Must have:- SAP System Implementation - SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S4 HANA in 2025/2026 within manufacturing industry.
