Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple web/mobile projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and QA to define requirements, design solutions, and manage releases.
• Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, estimation, resource allocation, development, testing, security reviews, and post-launch support.
• Track progress, manage risks and issues, and provide clear status updates to senior management.
• Guide project team members, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong collaboration across departments.
• Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Certified Scrum Master and/or PMP with 10+ years of IT project delivery experience, including 3+ years in Agile.
• Proven success managing large, customer-facing web/mobile solutions; multi-country experience a plus.
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, container platforms, Java Spring Boot, React Native/Vue, mobile frameworks, analytics tools, and application monitoring.
• Strong understanding of IT security practices and audit frameworks.
• Proficient with project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Kanban, and MS Project.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage compliance risks and adapt to fast-changing environments.
