Qualifications

Job Description

The IT Project Manager will be managing overall project performance including all project management execution, project financials, status reporting and updates as well as coordination between teams within the project.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects tracked by IT Platforms.
• Present, enforce and follow up project management through hybrid waterfall or agile methodology.
• Responsible in change management plan designing and execution (including Pre-UAT briefings & trainings).
• Ensure the appropriate use of tools across all IT Teams, for project and support activities.
• Responsible on project budget, estimations and actuals.
• Act as escalation point of IT & Data for any project related issues/ blockers, managing risk and mitigation plan.
• Produce and communicate project status reports to key stakeholders.

Key Deliverables

• Project tasks follow up & status updates in the required Project Management tools.
• Clear documentation of project methodology & tools.
• On time and on budget project delivery with strong collaboration mindset.
• Lead and facilitate meetings to drive resolution of critical barriers, addressing risk and managing stakeholders' expectations.
• Monthly Project Status Report & User Adoption Report (Post Go‑live).

Innovation Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge on IT processes, KPI animation, Presentation tool and Analytic tool such as Power Point & Power BI.
• Analytical skills, proactive, eager to learn.
• Able to work from client office, flexible hour to coordinate with Local IT team and business stakeholders from different time zones.
• Good communications and able to drive conversation independently with senior leaders.
• Team spirit and ability to work in process mode.
• Energy, capacity to challenge, dynamism, pragmatism.

Required Skills

• Project Management with regional stakeholders.
• Language: English is a must, Chinese is plus‑point.
• Preferably experiences in Commercial Tools or Data Analytics Project.
