Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Write detailed requirement documents based on high‑level requirements (CDTO and business), such as requirement design specification documents, Epics, flowcharts, low‑fidelity UX, etc.
• Collaborate with tech leads, developers, and testers to deliver product‑related stories, ensuring that product requirements and features are delivered according to iterations.
• Review test cases, test reports, product user manuals, etc., written by testers.
• Work with CDTO and business users to conduct UAT testing to ensure the smooth launch of new features.

Requirements

• English proficiency at level 6 or equivalent, with the ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Familiarity with agile project management processes and proficiency in using JIRA.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Axure.
• Expertise in requirement analysis, business communication, and project management.
• Proficiency in database queries using MySQL, Mongo, and other databases.
