Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily development, technical operation, localization adaptation, and support of supply chain systems (MES/WMS/SRM, etc.), ensuring stable and efficient local system operations.
• Collaborate with headquarters to advance supply chain system projects in Penang, handling requirement coordination, technical validation, and testing to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Utilize AI tools to assist in operations optimization, troubleshooting, and programming, improving efficiency in system maintenance and development.
• Assist in establishing operation and maintenance standards, conduct user training, collect system optimization requirements, and follow through on implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations for the electronics manufacturing or supply chain industry; experience in multinational IT projects or programming in Java, Python, or C# is preferred.
• Familiar with at least two systems (MES/WMS/SAP/SRM, etc.) and possess basic development collaboration skills.
• Proficient in using AI tools to support system maintenance and programming to enhance work efficiency.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing); Chinese language skills are a plus. Willingness to travel overseas for short- to mid-term assignments.
