Job description

Develop IT/MIS strategies, policies, and governance to support company growth.

Protect IT assets and ensure data security, integrity, and privacy.

Oversee daily IT/MIS operations, data center uptime, network performance, and business applications.

Manage user access, system accounts, and IT hardware/software inventory.

Monitor and optimize software licenses and compliance.

Lead ERP (Microsoft D365) improvements, troubleshooting, interfaces, reporting, and user training.

Manage application support, analytics, and documentation.

Maintain secure and reliable IT infrastructure and implement cybersecurity measures.

Conduct disaster recovery exercises and ensure business continuity readiness.

Lead and deliver IT/MIS projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Prepare business cases, project plans, reports, and performance scorecards.

Partner with departments to improve processes and recommend technology solutions.

Provide expert IT/MIS advice to management and support cross-department communication.

Lead, coach, and develop IT Infrastructure and Application Support teams.

Monitor team performance, skill development, and service delivery.

Manage vendor relationships, ensure SLA compliance, and oversee project-related vendor work.
