The IT Manager is responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and technology initiatives to ensure smooth daily operations across property development, construction, property management, finance, sales, and corporate functions. This role also supports the adoption of AI and digital solutions to improve efficiency, reporting, decision‑making, and productivity, while ensuring system security, reliability, and compliance.

This role also supports the adoption of AI and digital solutions to improve efficiency, reporting, decision‑making, and productivity, while ensuring system security, reliability, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Strategy
- Manage and maintain all IT systems, networks, servers, and cloud platforms.
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
- Recommend and implement technology improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage IT budgets, vendors, software licenses, and procurement.
Systems, Applications & AI Enablement
- Support and manage core business systems including accounting, project management, property management, CRM, and collaboration tools.
- Identify and implement AI and automation tools to reduce manual work, improve reporting, and support business decision‑making.
- Ensure smooth system integrations and minimal disruption during upgrades or new implementations.
Infrastructure, Security & Compliance
- Ensure system availability, data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
- Ensure compliance with PDPA, data privacy, and internal IT policies.
Data, Reporting & Automation
- Support data management, dashboards, and reporting for management.
- Improve data accuracy and accessibility to enable analytics and AI use cases.
- Monitor performance and benefits of digital and AI initiatives.
Event & Operational Support
- Provide IT support for corporate events, meetings, project launches, and site offices.
- Ensure proper setup of audio‑visual equipment, connectivity, and system access.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and support IT team members and external vendors.
- Work closely with department heads to understand business needs and provide suitable IT solutions.
- Act as a key technology advisor to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7–10 years of IT management experience, preferably in property development, construction, or corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
- Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
