• Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions.
• Ensure network components work together seamlessly to meet business needs, using their full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitor solutions.
• Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
• Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups.
• Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience working in IT operations.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions.
• Deep knowledge of programming languages and operating systems , current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring.
• Strong creative and analytical thinking.
