Job summary

A well-established foreign bank in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure - Network professional to manage their IT infrastructure projects and provide support for IT security systems. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network support and must be familiar with BNM RMIT guidelines. This role offers a competitive salary range of RM 7,000.00 - 10,000.00 and the opportunity to work independently while leading a dynamic team.

Our Client, a well-established Foreign Bank in Malaysia is seeking a person skilled and experienced in IT Infrastructure - Network to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operations & support of the IT infrastructure in the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure projects and enhancements.
• Develop, review, and update IT policies, processes, and standards.
• Support in internal and authority reporting when necessary.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to hardware and software development processes.
• Liaise with vendors on quotations, procurement, and maintenance renewals for IT hardware and software.
• Provide incident response for IT security infrastructure components.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 5 years and above experience in IT infrastructure and network support.
• Exposure and familiarity with BNM RMIT guidelines
• Cisco Certification is desirable.
• Exposure and experience in IT project management.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to interact with users at all levels.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to lead and influence team members and stakeholders.
