Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day IT administration and provide operational support across the organisation
  • Administer and maintain end‑to‑end systems and applications (ERP, Email, Office 365, etc.) aligned with business needs
  • Perform troubleshooting of hardware, software, servers, networks, and end‑user devices
  • Lead project management: planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of IT projects
  • Plan, organise, and guide team members; build a fully cross‑trained, high‑performing IT support team
  • Provide internal support for all business IT applications with a superior customer support experience
  • Respond promptly to incidents and requests, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity
  • Analyse existing processes, propose improvements, and implement efficient, cost‑effective solutions
  • Oversee business application security, governance, and compliance
  • Maintain comprehensive, up‑to‑date documentation, policies, and IT asset inventory
  • Manage software licenses to ensure full legal compliance
  • Engage with users to understand workflows and requirements; translate them into new IT initiatives
  • Co‑lead the organization’s digital transformation roadmap together with a superior
  • Drive system enhancements, defect fixes, and UAT for new projects
  • Prepare and consolidate progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
  • Review internal business processes and identify automation/digitalisation opportunities
  • Coordinate meetings, logistics, and follow‑ups on key action items
  • Provide after‑hours and weekend on‑call support (rotational)
  • Be willing to travel domestically and overseas when required
  • Perform ad‑hoc tasks, projects, and duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in IT operations and project management
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with ERP systems (implementation/support is an advantage)
  • Strong user engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse, fast‑moving environment
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, consistently delivering KPIs and tasks on or ahead of schedule
  • Comfortable being contactable after work hours and on weekends when on‑call
  • Willingness to travel outstation and overseas as needed
