1. Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for office and factory users in a timely manner.
3. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and operating systems.
4. Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, and internet connectivity.
5. Ensure proper backup, recovery, and data security procedures are in place.
6. Manage user accounts, email systems, and access rights.
7. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT maintenance and system upgrades.
8. Ensure IT systems comply with company policies and security standards.
9. Maintain antivirus, firewall, and system updates.
10. Safeguard company data and prevent unauthorized access.
11. Assist in audits related to IT systems and data security.
12. Maintain IT asset inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and warranties.
13. Prepare IT reports, documentation, SOPs, and system records.
14. Assist in IT budgeting and cost control.
15. Propose improvements to IT systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
16. Provide basic IT training or guidance to users when required.
17. Support IT projects and new system implementations.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Minimum 1–3 years of working experience, preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment.
3. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
4. Good problem‑solving and communication skills.
5. Able to work independently and respond promptly to urgent issues.
