Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software components.
• Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support to employees for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Providing training and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems and applications.
• Monitor IT systems for potential security breaches and vulnerabilities.
• Enforce cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and user access controls.
• Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, issues, processes, and configurations.
• Document IT assets and manage inventory.
• Any other tasks / objectives which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Min working experience 2-4 years on related fields.
• Possess initiative and service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with users.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills with hardware, software, and networking.
• Willing to travel.
