Job description

Responsibilities

• To develop, enhance, improve and support company systems/software to ensure business continuity and zero downtime.
• To provide 1st level support to IT users especially for the production operation users.
• To provide services such as system enhancement or new system request, support, development, improvement, SDLC to ensure the quality of IT operation run smoothly, effectively and efficiently.

Functions and Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and reliability of company in‑house systems through comprehensive operational support including maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancement initiatives.
• Deliver continuous 24/7 technical support for designated systems, addressing related issues via phone and on‑site and demonstrating flexibility to cover for team members as needed.
• Execute critical IT system support events such as Company Annual Shutdowns, Technology refresh and other routine maintenance activities.
• Design, develop, test, implement new system modules including Web and Windows applications to enhance business operations and leverage internal IT team expertise.
• Collaborate effectively with internal end‑users, analyze and translate business requirements into robust programming solutions that align with strategic company objectives.
• Proactively identify, evaluate and advocate for the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative tools to drive strategic opportunities, optimize operational efficiency and secure a competitive advantage for the company.
• Execute digital transformation strategies by applying specialized IT skills to optimize operational efficiency, realize significant cost savings and establish a sustainable, paperless environment across the organization.

Technical Skills

• Compulsory Skills & Proven Experiences
  • Experience in SDLC with system requirement, system analysis and design, implementation, testing, troubleshooting & documentation.
  • UI/UX design principle (CSS / Bootstrap / Tailwind).
  • Web hosting (IIS, Windows Server & Apache Tomcat).
• Advantages Skills & Proven Experiences
  • AI (computer vision) – In‑Premise Machine Learning on object & behavior anomaly detection.
  • ERP & MES system operation knowledge.

Qualification

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experiences in relevant competent and skills environment as mentioned.

Experience

• Candidates with experience in system coding, programming, or related fields (e.g. Web Application) is more advantageous.
• Candidate with experience in enablement Data Science & AI Technology is more advantageous.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
