A leading technology company in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide 24x7 support on IT-related systems and to troubleshoot application issues. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply. Key responsibilities include monitoring application performance, documenting incidents, and ensuring compliance with IT security standards. Provide 24x7 supports on IT related systems.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application-related issues reported by users.
Collaborate with software vendors and developers for issue escalation and resolution.
Monitor application performance and conduct regular health checks.
Document incidents, resolutions, FAQs, and create user guides or training materials.
Maintain SLAs for incident response and resolution times.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IT security standards.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Language: Excellent oral and written skills in English.
Experience: Prefer 1 year of working experience, fresh graduate encourage to apply
Fast learner, results oriented and independent with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt positively to changes in policies, procedures, priorities or work environments
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues
Able to work independently, dedicated, results oriented, and able to work under pressure.
