Job description

Toyo-Memory Technology – Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah

Collaborate, Develop and maintain intranet-based applications to digitize paper-based processes.

Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Responsible in the design, development, testing, and deployment of web applications.

Create and maintain databases, queries, and reports for digital workflows.

Setup and deployment of applications on local intranet servers (IIS)

Work with the team to ensure data security, access control, and backups.

Document development work, workflows, and provide basics user training.

Troubleshooting application and networking issues related to intranet deployment.

Additional Responsibilities

Mapping, documenting, and analysing current paper-based and Excel-based workflows.

Developing in-house intranet-based application for integrations of the paper based flow.

Collaborate with internal departments to gather requirements for digital solutions.

Liaise with software vendors and consultants during planning, development, and implementation phases.

Monitor projects progress and assist in ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshooting.

Assist in data migration and system configuration.

Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions.

Documents system features, processes, and procedures.

Support overall IT needs (Infrastructure, applications & hardware)

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data structuring.

Intermediate understanding of databases and data management concepts.

Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms or workflow systems is an advantage.

Skill in web-based development tools and integration is a plus, especially with local network development.

Knowledge in Networking concept and implementation.

Programming & Development

Familiarity with backend scripting (PHP,ASP.NET)

VBA Programming
