We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our growing team.
You will manage and support the Company’s IT infrastructure, applications, systems and users’ matrix/settings. You will ensure the smooth operations of IT infrastructure and resources, while also contributing to strategic IT planning and implementation initiatives, both locally and regionally. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in both technical support and system administration, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
System and Networking Administration
- Maintain and monitor servers, network devices, and cloud services.
- Ensure uptime and performance of LAN/WAN and Wi‑Fi networks.
- Collaborate with internal team and vendors for network upgrades and maintenance.
Security and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with HQ global policy, rules and guidelines.
- Train and provide guidance of cybersecurity awareness to end users.
- Manage access controls and data protection policies.
Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support to staff across departments.
- Resolve IT-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Train users on new systems and technologies.
Process Improvement and Automation
- Evaluate and monitor SaaS solutions deployed in cloud environments.
- Support ERP, CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Intranet Platform Management
- Managing site settings, configurations, modules, and plugins.
- Manage user roles and permissions by setting up access levels, controlling group privileges, and troubleshooting any access‑related issues to ensure secure and proper intranet usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Information System, Statistics, Data Science or related disciplines.
- More than 3 years of experience in IT support and engineering, preferable in manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Windows systems, networking and cybersecurity and cloud platform (Azure, AWS).
- Excellent problem solving, communication skills and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing operation and financial data analysis.
- Proven experience in improving business processes and system workflows.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., office, Power BI).
- Abreast with the latest technologies and industry trends.
