Huawei Malaysia Rep Office is seeking for an IT Delivery Engineer leader, based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, with key focus on IT Service Industry Management and project (server、storage、virtualization Platform etc) delivery.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Huawei Malaysia Rep Office IT Service Industry Management, ensure the achievement of IT service business objectives and the successful delivery of IT projects.


• Lead IT engineering team (5-10 members) in daily operations, task allocation, and technical guidance to ensure project delivery.


• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise storage systems (SAN/NAS/object storage) and virtualization platform resolving complex technical issues.


• Collaborate with clients to propose IT and storage Integration solutions (e.g., disaster recovery, capacity planning, data migration) and drive implementation.


• Develop technical training programs to enhance team expertise in storage and Virtualization Platform database etc.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/IT.


• 8+ years in IT engineering.


• Strong communication skills. Proficiency in major languages will be an advantage.


• Preferred Certifications: Redhat RHCE/RHCA, Cisco CCNP/CCNA/CCIE, VMware VCP/VCAP, Huawei HCIE/HCIP, PMP/ITIL, Storage certifications (EMC / NetApp)


• Be familiar with at least one of the following fields: Computer Fundamentals, Storage, Virtualization, Database.


• Be fairly understand and attune to major technical trends being developed in Cloud Computing, Big Data or Artificial Intelligence.


• Hands‑on experience in large‑scale storage projects (PB‑level), with HCI (vSAN/Nutanix) knowledge as a plus.


• Expertise in storage protocols (FC/iSCSI/NVMe), RAID, deduplication, snapshots, and OS storage stacks (Linux/Windows).


• Familiarity with cloud‑native storage (Kubernetes CSI) and Virtualization Platform.


• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills; PMP/ITIL preferred.


• Good command in communication and teamwork, experience in managing IT teams.
