Job description

Within the IT Supply Chain Customer Operations team of FrieslandCampina we are looking for an IT Business Analyst. The team is responsible for all IT solutions within the Sales and Distribution domain (including export), like SAP ECC, SAP GTS, VMI, Stratech, Ortec and E-invoicing. Currently we are in transformation from ECC to S/4 which will become our new ERP landscape.

Main objectives of the job

• Manage our incoming Change Requests as CR Coordinator
• Manage Incidents escalations from our Business
• Design, improve & optimize E2E SD business processes and technology solutions. Balances fit for purpose solutions, process automation and template adherence
• Manage and realize business process excellence via IT supported process solutions.
• Support to embed change, continuous improvement and innovation into business operations.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of business needs & operational requirements within an SAP and/or Supply Chain domain
• A combination of application knowledge, technical knowledge and business knowledge.
• Self-managing work attitude
• Sense of ownership, ensuring CR's and other changes are delivered according agreed timelines, quality and against agreed costs

Business process and technology improvement

• Understand E2E business processes and translate business problems and value opportunities into process and technology solutions.
• Assess and validate solution options, both technical and functional
• Liaise with the service development team (Wipro) to suggest a high-level functional solution
• Develop a comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions

Knowledge

• Establish a understanding of the assigned business area. E2E process and technology knowledge
• Academic/Bachelor Master or proven further ‘self-learning education’
• 2-3 work experience in domain of SAP SD/MM (ECC or S/4)

Change request Coordination

• Manage and realize medium and large Change request with different stakeholders
• Continuously improvement on the Change Request process.
