IT Audit Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated IT & Digital Audit Manager to join our Internal Audit team. This role focuses on evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of IT governance, risk management, and internal control processes across Hilti’s global operations. You will contribute to audits that support strategic initiatives, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Business Administration.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT audit, governance, risk, or control, ideally within a mid‑sized software or technology company.
  • Demonstrated experience in software development, software engineering, and DevOps practices.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CRISC, or CISSP are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
